Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 I agree that she needs to learn when playtime is and when it's time to sleep. It's lucky that they're cute at times like this lol.

Yep @MissGremlin - well she has quietened down now so hopefully it’s sleep time again. I’ve got Perry. Heater on and my blankets lol. I’m abit cold I shall say. Am safe

Woke up with an awful cold but thankfully got some sleep last night so happy about that.
Had to cancel breast screen which is good because I definitely don't like them.
Ya think I may have developed cold symptoms deliberately???

@Nala2022 - I’m feeling better today physically , I’m going to spotlight with mum to get a few things, my MH isn’t so great still landed in ER yesterday, I had a massive breakdown I didn’t meet the therapist, I didn’t feel comfortable at all, I just broke into a million pieces on the phone to MH triage and then went to ER because I wasn’t coping I was fighting my thoughts etc.

What are you shopping for?
Online shopping is becoming a major issue for me. I've got to stop spending money on it. I convince myself that I "desperately " need another sponge, perfume, jumper or anything really! Hehehe
