Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@SmashedAvocado - couldn’t take myself to go, I was really bad with my MH I’m currently waiting in ER for a MH assessment which is annoying me more, I just wanna be at home in bed.

Hi @AuntGlow @MissGremlin - not a great day at all, landed in ER got the biggest headache, didn’t go to the Threapist at all, I lost it at the support coordinator. I have cried most of the afternoon. I just feel really sick this evening and full of anxiety.
im currently laying in bed with Perry, I don’t think I’ll be far off sleep I’m so drained.

I’ve got Perry and I’m in bed, nova is on her cat tower sleeping. Hopefully she will sleep the whole night and not get zoomies lol.

Hi @MissGremlin @Chasingsunsets @Bunniekins@Nala2022 @SmashedAvocado @Taali - nova decided to get zoomies at this unearthly hour and wake me up even when I have a migraine. Not impressed. I was in such a good sleep. Took more pain relief my head is still pounding. Hopefully will go back to sleep soon.
