Feeling not so great

Feeling not so great

Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.

changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

am safe

Yes she does sometimes lol @Fluttershy1 They're so cheeky, especially when they're trying to get your attention

Does she try to mimic the birds sound? Nala does haha

@SmashedAvocado - ducks are funny, we have a duck park that have geese and they are scary, they come charging after you if you have food lol.

mums cats are older so I find that they are calmer.

what kind of dog do you have if you don’t mind me asking?

@Nala2022 - hasn’t started that yet, but was watching a movie last night and she tried to launch for the bird on my tv lol, my tv is too high for nova to get but it was so funny, she was huffing in frustration 🤣

Re: Feeling not so great

That would have been so funny to witness 😂 @Fluttershy1

It's cute when they huff and puff. I know when Nala is frustrated, it's so funny lol

@Fluttershy1

I'd rather not share the exact breed, but hes a small affectionate dog, that can be persuaded to do almost anything when there is food around. He is also older like your mums cats, so i find he is much more calmer these days.

Geese can be very scary! I stay away from them!

Re: Feeling not so great

Surprisingly she has never done that @Fluttershy1

She has tried to scratch the screen though when she sees another cat on TV lol

@SmashedAvocado - he sounds very cute,

Geese can be scary but funny at the same time.

I got dreaded anxiety. I don’t wanna go to therapy because I’m scared and it’s someone new

Re: Feeling not so great

@Fluttershy1 Geese can definitely be intimidating little dinosaurs 😅And I can completely understand why seeing someone new for therapy would bring up a lot of anxiety. The unknown can be really scary. Just remember, you don't have to have it all figured out before you go, and it's okay to feel nervous about it. Be kind with yourself. Taking that first step is often the hardest part.
