Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - nova has taken offf with the zoomies so now I’ve got Perry, but I’m starting to get a migraine, I’ve had pain relief but we will see if it helps. I’ve had a cry. So hoping sleep will come soon

@MissGremlin - I didn’t really get much sleep which has made me feel more sensitive and wanting to hide, have a support worker at 11am and I don’t wanna do anything. But we shall proceed to do something even if it’s little.
nova pounced on my head at 5am wanting food and I wasn’t impressed I kept rolling over and ignoring her.

@Bunniekins - I was awake but rolling over ignoring nova as she was bugging me for food the little cheeky fur child. But no point going back to sleep as I have a support worker soon so I shall just watch some tv and chill out
