Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - nova is prowling on my bed and then come nudges me and she’s purring really loudly, got Perry, debating on watching tv or taking my meds now and going to sleep

@Fluttershy1 it's so comforting when they lay on us. Maybe put the TV on and just lay and chill with Nova and Perry for a while sweet.

@MissGremlin - went out with support worker, we played skipbo, booked our concert tickets for November we are going to Sydney which I’m very excited about! She finished at 3pm.
Layed down napped for a hour, got back up went to the main house then toddled back to my little place fed nova now I’m laying in bed.

I did my dishes and made a quick trip out, nothing exciting here 😂. I've been doing diamond art for a little bit while I've got Harry potter playing in the background.
