Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

things have been tough, I’ve been hallucinating , ER won’t do anything to help me, I’ve just been a emotional mess, trying to get through the hard days.
