Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

It’s so busy though @Nala2022 - I just wanna hide. I’m just hiding in a corner. Hopefully have someone see me quite quickly I’m hoping but probably won’t happen.

@TAB - landed in ER earlier this arvo, now I’ve been having a chill night at home watching tv.
my cats are running around, they have been fed so they are having playtime now.
@Taali - I’m off to Eden NSW which I’m very excited about. I’m going with a friend. I won’t lol!
