Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - gotta act like I’m ok, got neighbours over and I didn’t know I was off in my room, I’m like uh oh. I wanna run back to my room, but can’t I’m cooking. It’s overwhelming, little kid is here aswell

@Fluttershy1 that would be so hard having the neighbours there and having to mask. Try to just focus on making your dinner and knowing that you'll be back in your room soon sweet.
