Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

She does try but depends on her mood haha. She's sleepy now and I gave her treats before I ate lunch, so I think that mellowed her out.
Does Nova like ham? Any time I have ham out, Nala goes crazy for it 😂 @Fluttershy1

Just around family, they don’t understand @Taali - my thoughts are just racing I feel like a burden to everyone, one of the workers are making up lies to my support coordinator and yeah I’m just overwhelmed. Am safe
