Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Made it back to my room @MissGremlin - had my night meds - that’s only 1 now lol. Feels weird. Feeling anxious. But am trying to sleep in my own room tonight. Am safe

@Fluttershy1 I'm glad you've made it bag to your room and taken your night meds. What's something you can do to help settle that anxious feeling sweet? Would it help to put some music on or maybe watch something on TV?

It’s ok @MissGremlin - I’m laying down. With ocean sences on tv. I love it it’s like a meditation. I find it quite calming.
