Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

How adorable, loving the pet photos! Sounds like your dog gets a bit anxious in the car. Small dogs shaking like that is really common, especially with car travel.
Just a gentle note – having a pet on your lap while driving can be pretty risky for both of you, especially if you need to brake suddenly. A car harness or a secured carrier up front might help her feel just as close to you without the same risk and can help keep both of you safer while you're travelling together.
Hope the rest of the drive went smoothly.
