Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

nope I ended up discharging considering
I had been there 8 hrs & because i needed home & food, I’m drained. @DogMan79 - will go back if I get worse. Am safe
@Dimity - glad to be home now, didn’t get seen because I didn’t want to keep waiting I had been there 8 hours and nothing was being done.

Better, nova launched on my face @Nala2022 - got home about 4:30am bought maccas with me lol nova tried eating my hash browns, then when I was trying to sleep she launched on my face. Cheeky girl she is
