Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - hopefully, I was in ER overnight with my heart rate of 160bpm, didn’t get seen, I got forgotten about, so I ended up discharging at 4am the morning.

I'm Okay. I had my GP/nurse today for my depot injection. I heard back from the community forensic mental health team. Who say they got hold of my psychologist and expect to liase with her for the first couple of months before proper intake
I had a HUGE nap after the injection
I hope you feel a bit better today
