@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.
@Phoenix_Rising you have been incredibly patient, waiting since last Thursday to see this sorted out.
I am guessing than in the patient waiting, since registering your distress before the weekend, it has either gone in-noticed in the up-and-at-em of a new week for the moderators, or it was presumed that the patient waiting actually meant that the issue was either resolved or moved-on-from.
I know @Former-Member was aware that you were seeking clarification from last Thursday, but I don't know what her shifts have been, or what the current structure is for which mods are "on the ground" and which ones are managing from a higher perch ......
We can keep asking anyway, and see who becomes available to help us sort it out.

Re: Riding a wave
@Faith-and-Hope I sent an email just after 10am this morning so I know they know how big the muddle is. I truly thought I'd get a response today. I spent most of the day lying on the floor focusing on my breathing, and telling myself that they would respond when they could. But I guess not. The I don't matter feeling is HUGE. It is super super super hard to hold onto any sense of being of value to anyone when something like this happens. On the one hand I'm told that I matter...on the other hand I'm ignored. I'm not sure how those two ideas fit together.

Re: Riding a wave
I can understand how much consistency is important @Phoenix_Rising and how tricky and wonky things can be when they are not. Puffer fish thrives with consistency, clarity, patience and understanding. All my LF do, but PF the most. Predictability and stability are things I fought very hard for because I very much believe they contribute to safety. Hearing you here also.

I am super glad you are here @Zoe7. This is such a super gigantic muddle. Why oh why couldn't it have been dealt with today. This is just adding another layer to the already super muddled muddle. I am invisible, I am worthless, I do not matter, anybody can do anything to me.
What DBT skills do we need right now @CheerBear? I'm stuck.

Re: Riding a wave
I hear you @Phoenix_Rising and I share some of the same questions as you have - for you. I don't understand either! Consistency and transparency would be a good start - and for you to be left in such a middle for so long I don't believe is acceptable given that your muddle could be sorted out with a conversation. Without wanting to make you feel any worse (if that is possible) - but not having your muddle sorted out also has effects on other people - because we want to support you and hate seeing you in this state. This situation is draining on more than just you because we can see how totally in the dark you are and we just don't get it either!

Re: Riding a wave
I'm totally wearing my DBT skills L plates, but my trusty manual says wise mind ACCEPTS, and that might be helpful when problems can't be solved immediately and when emotional pain threatens to become overwhelming @Phoenix_Rising.

Re: Riding a wave
I'm SCARED @Zoe7. I'm scared of talking it out here but I don't have any other options. I've already tried emailing today and got no response. If I call, it's highly probable that I'll get hung up on, which will escalate the situation massively as it did on Thursday night. I am trying my super hardest to do the right thing, but right now I'm so confused I don't know what the heck the right thing is!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the right thing to do right now @CheerBear or @Faith-and-Hope??? My brain is flooding. I simply do not know what I am supposed to do right now? Normally the answer would be "just keep talking to us" but I don't think it's even right to be doing that. This is HARD!!!! I'm not meaning to be bad - honest. I just don't have the remotest idea what I'm supposed to do right now.

Is jumping on chat an option @Phoenix_Rising?
You're not being bad Phoenix_Rising and I know you're struggling in total stuckness right now.

@CheerBear I am invisible, I am worthless, I do not matter, anybody can do anything to me. This isn't right and it isn't ok, but it is my reality. It is what it is.
