@creative_writer Yes it is annoying being hungry all the time and so easy to just eat junk food and chocolate and lollies. It has got worse since the dose was increased to control hypomania. Don’t know when will hear from psychiatrist. She only consults on Tues so don’t think it’ll be this week as tomorrow is a public holiday and I usually get appt notification on Friday before.

Short story had indigenous people as characters in it written in Spanish. The teacher in that class was a friend. She got dementia and passed last year. I’m friends with all the previous Spanish teachers.

@GezzaP yes it certainly is difficult when you have had surgery on your face. I know mum had the same issue when she had her eyes done. At least I'll know what's coming when it's my time!

It's probably good that you're taking it easy, any surgery requires rest time afterward. You know your body better than anyone so look after yourself and do what you can when you can xo

I am fine just busy. Showered, walked up the shop, did a load of washing and cooked. Just did Spanish lessons too. Oh and did dishes.

@creative_writer Thinking I might hear from my psychiatrist this week. My publications are ok though few compared to other academics.

Going to watch footy so you probably won’t hear from me again today.
