@Dimity I’ve got bipolar 1 too. Because of my anxiety I had to be put under for cataract op. My blood pressure was very high and the nurse had trouble getting the drops in my eye. My bp was so high she raced off to ask anaesthetist if it was too high. But anaesthetist was happy to go ahead thankfully. I hope I will be calmer for the 2nd eye and my bp is lower and the drops can be put in more easily after all this practice I’m getting now.

@creative_writer I had butter, cheese, cottage cheese, chives and salt and pepper on my spuds. Put last of drops for the day in my eye. Did dishes.

My bathroom heater lamps shorted out this morning plunging me into darkness. Luckily I had a lantern and was able to flick switch in fuse board and get lights back on. Fuse box is in garage. It was an early start to the day.

Off to TV football now.

No @creative_writer not a good way to start the day. Will probably need electrician but can’t afford it until get paid next Weds. And even then I’m not sure if can afford it. Will have to get a quote. But right now I’m

so busy with medical appts I don’t know when I can fit it in. Will ask my handyman if he can do it. Not sure whether one or all shorted out. Have to check during the day time.

I enjoyed my dinner. I love baked spuds. I love spuds cooked any way. Baked is the easiest way to cook them. Limited preparation and just chuck them in the oven.

Morning @Shaz51 @creative_writer @Taali @Dimity @SmilingGecko happy Sunday. Slept 7.5 hours. Cleaned kitty litter and put bin out. Cold and sunny here.

Should go for a walk but can’t get motivated yet. Puss is kneading on my lap. Eye is excellent. There is a tiny bit of glare when walking into sun.

Haven’t managed to get in shower yet. Bathroom is very cold. Not game to test if any heat lamps are working. Have a small fan heater in there which I can use to heat up bathroom. Just not motivated.

@StuF enjoy lunch and Swans game. I will watch it though might doze off.

@TAB Morning tabby be careful with those almonds! I need my coffee in the morning. Decided to hide my unshowered self inside today. Just walked around garden with shades on. Sun was a bit bright still, but my eye is good.

Bathroom mat cat pooped on is still soaking wet hung out to dry on the line in the sun. Probably take several days as was hand-washed and is very wet. Hope you sleep if you’ve gone back to bed.

@SmilingGecko I think I might be just a little bit hypomanic but not much.
I will disappear around 2pm today as will watch footy. I have only 1 heat lamp still working in bathroom. Is f… freezing in there. Can’t face shower today. I get too cold. Might try to heat bathroom a bit and just have a wash.
