Thats good re neighbours. and coffee. Had nap, got cold. not good after chiropractor.I guess its a process. I get the sense that hes trying to fix decades of degradation in a few weeks ugh.I so need a long hot bath. Oh well .Cat finally went outside after being in bedroom since 4am lol so at least will have bed to myself when go back ha ha lol. just put washing on. had left it to soak while away, well cos I could ..cripes .. had forgotten drs appt completely ffs

okay still lots time to get to drs, just that had forgotten completely since yest maybe. Had to wait like 4 weeks for appt as well. @Meowmy @GezzaP already had shower for chiro ust have to get dressed and sit and watch tv til time to go

@creative_writer hi how are you today? I’m ok. Just put drops in eye. One stings a bit and makes my eye water. The temptation to rub the eye is tricky as I’m not allowed to in the first week.

Hope you get what you’re after @TAB . Puss is still on my lap. Got heat pad on my back. Having a bit of a hot flush. Normal for me around this time of day more or less. Normally I’m cold except in bed then I get hot even with balcony door open at night. Starting to get hungry. Also typical.

Life can feel so so meaningless do often depressed and not knowing why i live on for, for it has become meaningless. God seems to have a plan for my life, that keeps thwarting the directions of my thoughts. Been pretty down today. Hardly any sleep either. Feeling pretty run down today.
