hot on. I have it over my legs. I have leftover spicy cauliflower will have with ham steak and maybe peas as well.
Have to put eye drops in again in
under an hour. I don’t like the drops. One stings and makes my eye water. I can’t rub my eye water and I’m not allowed to rub it. Can’t wash my face.

Yeah the Oodies can get quite hot @GezzaP I have no heating in my house other than reverse a/c in my room so Oodie seems to work for me. Not feeling hot bothered etc. Youre getting there with your eye. Just keep doing what they say, i know it stings but better than having something go wrong. Must be difficult showering. I'm about to do my weekly Woolworths shop now, then organise lunch

I am strictly following the post-op instructions @SmilingGecko @TAB . In the shower I just have to remember not to wash my face. Can’t wash my hair either so wearing a beanie. I can’t rub my eye for first week. Guess I’ll find out for how much longer at Friday’s appt.
Have to shower early for acupuncture appt on Thursday at 9am. Inclined to avoid showering until then if don’t have to go up shop beforehand.
About to cook lunch.

Thats good @GezzaP some people dont follow instructions and get complications. Youre doing well but I understand how daunting it must be for you. I've just thrown cauliflower steaks in the oven after basting them with maple syrup, lime juice and herbs/spices. Got avocado/cilantro sauce for them in food processor.

How was your lunch @GezzaP? Mine was easy to prepare in a jiffy. I'm on a diet that gets me to make everything from scratch but with minimal time in the kitchen. The result is theyre flavoursome with minimal fuss. You wouldnt think so

@SmilingGecko My lunch was nice thanks. It didn’t take long to prepare. Had a coffee afterwards then did the dishes and topped up ground coffee container.
Puss has just come in and has settled on my lap.
Had a brief chat with a neighbour who continues to paint his garage ceiling. Briefly chatted with another neighbour who was chatting to him. I have good neighbours.
