Hi, just a bit about me: now that I've typed that I actually don't know where to start..
I'm a single woman living alone with my tiny, naughty, spoilt dog.
I have battled with various demons on and off for quite a while. I'm looking to connect to give and receive support.
Now recovering from yucky surgery non-mental health related and keen to become involved in this forum.
I'm very keen to share hope and support where I can.

I have some family members who try to support and understand me, but I really can't put them through another crappy episode. Especially my closest sister whose husband is terminally ill.
Heard a quote today that really made me question my purpose.
