I am well thank you 😊 I went and had a sauna and a stretch before work so I am feeling nice and warm in my bones. Tis a bit chilly in Ye Olde Melbourne town. The autumn leaves and sunshine are lovely when it comes out though.

Cute pic 😊 inspired me to put the kettle on for coffee number 3 😋

Thank you for that lovely compliment. I am doing ok, just taking it one day at a time - out of work at the moment and dealing with trauma and other issues, all we can do is tackle it bit by bit hey. Have an excellent day!😊

Thank you! The highlight of my day so far is my little cat perched on my shoulder as I am working at the computer. She does this a lot and it always makes me feel good. Pets are the best! Hope you are doing ok.

@Shaz51 my hilight today was a milestone. It's one week today since my total hip replacement. I am walking (inside with a frame) further each day. Doing the exercises for longer with more repetitons.
