Gooooood aftermorning!! Hope y'all are doing fine. I am back again after not being able to log in for a week - some glitch. The support girl was very helpful, I would like to say, even though there was some delay, but they got it sorted. I must admit, not really a fan of this constant having to log in again every five minutes though - much preferred the old system.
So, I happened on a piece of luck today - got a dodgy knee at the moment and having to walk everywhere is a pain in the ar....knee ("get to za choppa!"...sorry, couldn't help myself). Anyhoo, feeling a bit sorry for myself, decided to catch the bus back two stops, at least take some of the walking distance away. Chap next to me asks me for the time, and we get talking. I mention why I am walking and that my car is out of action and money is tight - it is what it is, but could have done without all this hassle. I know as much about fixing cars as I do about how to do classical ballet (there's a mental image for ya - fat hairy bloke in tights - how'd ya like them apples?!). Anyway, he offers to come over later in the week and have a look for me, since he is is a mechanic, at least give me an idea of what is wrong. I could not be more grateful, especially as he says $50 will be fine (lives nearby, couple of streets away). Life works in mysterious ways...remember, just when things seem the toughest, things tend to come up. At least I will have some answers to a problem I am not equipped for. Gonna grab me a good ole cup of focus right about now. 😊
