@Shaz51 End of Summer now so not at its best and the weeds have been going rampant with my wife gone. i cannot bend down for long both an old back injury as well as Nausea peaking even hanging up the washing. A real pain.

The nicotine patch did give me more energy and also lift the down a little so that is nice but the nausea has been bad today. Always something to spoil the fun.
