What do you find is helpful when you are feeling down?

Hi @Shaz51 and all,, I hope your Saturday is good.. I went for a walk in nature early this morning with a walking group I recently joined.. It was a mix of bush and also had a bit of water as well. The weather was good and it was nice.

I have failed to have a cup of coffee however

@Leonie2 I have recently lost my two dogs who I had for 16 and 17 years, I hear your grief regarding your horses and dog

I have had lots of pets in the past , but none now

Hi @Shaz51, yes it was a nice walk and about some km (which I am unable to mention), it took a few hours with looking around and stopping for some morning tea that we brought with us, so not hot drinks.

Sounds like a nice wander through some markets.

I don't have good coffee at home, only instant. I have thought about investing in a better coffee set up at home.

My old horse was my world. Generally I would spend time with the horses but I'm grieving. It's normal. I lost my best friend and 3 children.

Hi @Leonie2 just a tip - if you type @ a box should come up with the names of people and you can select the person you wish to reply to, which means the person will be notified and it makes it easier for people to follow.

It's lovely that you had such a strong connection to your horses. I had a strong connection to my dogs and it was very quiet and it was a huge hole in my life, when they passed away.
