My afternoon is going pretty well, having a bit of an easy day today, as yesterday I went out shopping for a couple of hours with my partner 💚

@Shaz51 i have been resting up all morning as well. so this afternoon i did 3 sets of exercise! i have to to get fitter and i do feel better for it 😄 xx

for me , my husband has had a very bad week with depression , so it was nice to see him trying to get back today xx

Did some clothes shopping at Kmart for both of us (always tempting to buy things we don't need at Kmart lol), got a really nice green woollen sweater which will be nice if the weather cools off more here haha 💚

I have had horses for over 60 years and I lost my pride and joy in November 24. Lost her half sister the same say. They were 34 and 35 respectively and had been with me since they were babies. That's why I'm so sad. I loved that old d horse more than I loved anyone or anything else in the world and she loved me just as much. No horse ever loved their human more than my girl loved me. And her half sister was very special too. I lost my dog 2 months ago. I don't have children and they were my children. I have 3 other horses but it's not the same. And I'll never get another dog. They don't live long enough. So I'm very sad most of the time.
