@I thought I had worked out when specific PSWs were on deck, not anymore.

the fun, brainstorming things we used to do last year I’ve noticed haven’t continued this year. No info to advise why.

I don't have words that are recovery focused to describe the impact the changes in staffing on the forums are having on me.

So, thank you for speaking up.

There is a lot to say about this but it’s pointless as they just don’t care anymore. Other things have priority. It’s no longer a good space to be on.

I must say it feels that way sometimes, but someone is here all the time

some Moderators and PSW are very quiet , some are finding their feet

have not seen @Ru-bee during the day

or @rav3n lately

maybe there set times have changed , @Honeymoon has been here for so many day so far

think @Jynx was last night , @CalmOwl and @RiverSeal were here

It’s all well and good for them to be around but there is no support @Shaz51. I have seen @Honeymoon around a bit but no PSW only 2 and they are late at night. How can they find their feet if they don’t interact? Things are even being moderated as much. It’s no longer a safe and friendly place.

head knowledge that at least one person is rostered on is very different to seeing and experiencing the support and encouragement etc via posts that used to exist last year.

Leaving it at that before, once again, a post is deemed not meeting guidelines and deleted or blocked.

When all these changes were thrown in our face at the end of last year/beginning of this year there were a number of threads started and we were told to put our feedback there…. for what? So the people high up could hear how these changes were affecting us.

AND ITS JUST GOT WORSE.

AND…. Again there has been zero transparency around all of this. Questions were asked and not answered.

yes I understand there is suppose to be someone here all the time, but I’m guessing they are pretty much only here now for when someone posts that they are at risk. If you click on a psw name it will take you to what is generally a list of theit latest posts. Some are a week old. No one is here interacting or supporting.

Are the forums going to follow in the steps of the webchat and phone line and we wake up one morning and they just be gone??

I have so much that I want to say @Flutterbug9 but this is the posts that they will moderate.

I know that I don’t really matter and that’s ok. I do have 2 that will interact a little bit late at night, so I am lucky. The rest of the time I feel as though I’m not worth it and that’s ok too. I get it, I wouldn’t bother with me either. But it’s other members that I see is distressed states that really need some support and just aren’t getting it. If I get banned for this then that’s ok as long as it helps others get some support. The ones in desperate need.
