Something’s not right

Does it ever stop

Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

I am pretty unimpressed by the decision-making critieria in the ED. @Fluttershy1

In both the dismissiveness and lack of capacity to establish rapport and make appropriate referrals. My last ED time they gave me a pill and referred me to someone who had left the state 4 years earlier. Where's the credibility? I have only had 3 presentations for myself to ED, but also been a lot with my family over 3 generations. Had first contact as primary school kid...60 years ago. Long story.

Take as best care of you as you can. I found the best help was learning therapy online, in various ways. Its also a hellava lot cheaper. I am glad you have a decent support worker.

Re: Does it ever stop

@Appleblossom - me too, they should consider BPD patients aswell not just Bipolar etc, they can never support me I always get sent home or I get told to use my strategies or to rely on my NDIS supports. I was in the system the moment I turned 18. They cared for abit and then nothing and now they don’t care and all. They either give me meds or send me home. But sometimes they give me meds then send me home after I have driven in which is so dangerous.

I wish we had a better system.

im safe
