Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

im safe

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

today seems to be better, I’ve been managing quite well, keeping busy did some more diamond art, had a shower washed my hair, did my washing had a nap then my support worker came and she’s only just left. We went to the shops & we also saw the kittens at the pet shop. We did some of the diamond art & we had dinner together. Did more diamond art, made lucky stars & watched SpongeBob then she finished I’ve just climbed into bed and I’m watching tv and relaxing with Perry.

@AuntGlow - keeping busy I think, I also had my fave support worker. I have a few of those fave support workers, I’m currently doing my nails as I have none lol.

never tried those funday lollies but see them around. I’ve done a lot today. Needed to though.

today has been good kept busy done more diamond art, watched SpongeBob. Saw the kittens at the pet shop. Went to the shops and got a drink & food. Now I’m sitting on the floor doing diamond art with Perry and watching SpongeBob and on FaceTime with a friend.
