Does it ever stop

Hey - I feel like I can’t escape how I feel, how I react to things, how flashbacks and people I see that have caused me trauma in the past and present. I feel like I’m just trapped in it some days constantly and that it just wants to stay and haunt me and not leave.

my house mates have been arguing constantly and it got to a point tonight where I yelled at them to stop as it is getting annoying as it’s nearly everyday and it never stops. Then one of them had a go at me and started yelling and telling me that it’s the other persons fault when it wasn’t even them. It’s just a constant run around and I can’t seem to escape it.

im just now curled up on my bed in tears because I’m so triggered and I don’t know what or how I’m feeling.

but it’s just bringing up all my past all over again.

trying to stay busy myself, washed one of my car mats as bro spilt dishwashing liquid on a mat, had a shower and done my washing. Had my meds, vacuumed my floor now I’m sitting on my bed debating on what to do next as I’ve already done a lot, or if I’m just going to lay down for abit and possibly have a nap or watch tv. Maybe do diamond art.

trying to keep busy so I don’t end up back in ER, might go for a walk. Got 2 packages coming today so very excited

Did some more diamond art which has been therapeutic . now sitting on the mat with my worker watching SpongeBob and making stars as she finishes at 8:30pm. So still half an hour left. We had dinner together.

perry is chilling on my bed. We are just about to change my sheets.

good on you @Fluttershy1 sounds like you have managed today well. i hope your packages are not damaged and i hope making the bed goes ok. they can be a real struggle to put back together. especially doona covers
