First step of Palak Paneer done! (saute spinach & cashew; also chopped the onions).
... I see the recipe wants 150g of Paneer (indian cheese).... .... I have 1kg. But i only have maybe 4x the amount of spinach and 3x the amount of onion lol. 🤣 Oh well! Lets see how much cheese looks too much in a dish lol. Maybe the recipe is just conservative with it lol. 😅
Quick rest break then back to puree/blend the spinach & cashew. Hmm not sure how that will go, since I only have a hand string-pull blender 😅 but good enough will be good enough lol. I'm not a restaurant.
@R_nie912 I am very partial to hearing about peoples pets, if you have any 😊.
I have 2 dogs; but I grew up with cats (and some fish at one stage).

@Shaz51 I’ve taken my grandson’s from Zone Bowling to Bounce.
Both have diagnosed ADHD, one has the added bonus of ODD.
But the ODD doesn’t surface very often with me 🤷🏼♀️
Do you have any experience with ODD?

I feel like : at my age I get promised stuff but nothing comes through because I’m so vulnerable.
