Oh, and @Shaz51 Paneer is an indian cheese, a bit like a (non-creamed) cottage cheese (or so it is described online).
It comes in a semi-firm block. 🙂

Just saving a roast chicken that was close to best before date
I might just eat a thigh, then chuck it in the slow cooker with some sauce for freezer meals
