Been feeling heavy heart

@R_nie912 i hear you. I hope you are able to find some moments to do a little bit of self care today even if it's just sitting down and having a cuppa or standing in the sunshine for a few minutes. Hoping things get easier for you soon, we are here for you ❤️

Hey @tyme ..thank you for checking in and sorry for the delay in reply. I've just been busy working and trying to survive the heat wave but I'm alright. how are you doing today?

I'm in Melb and we have a heat wave too. I'm not looking forward to the 43+ degrees on Tuesday. I have some appointments so I can't stay home.

Is your work predominately indoors or outdoors? @R_nie912

Thinking of you and hope you findn some space for self care. I'm around for the next few hours if you wanted company.

yea im in melb too @tyme 🙂 oh my work are all indoor luckily but my house doesnt have aircond so yea trying to survive the heat is a struggle but i probably wouldnt be home anyway cause those only weekdays that happen..

i just video called my mom feel a bit better but i just still feel like something is missing im not sure what is it.

I had 4 air cons going today, then when I left the house, I realised it wasnt' as hot as I thought so when I came home, I turned them all off. Now, I just have 2 air cons going @R_nie912

Last night was hot though. I had the air con on, but it got cold, so I put the fan on.

My body can't cope with heat at all.

How long have you been feeling this way?

Do you think it's a medical thing? @R_nie912 Have you had a blood test just in case? Sometimes it can be because of hormonal changes, or it can be thyroid, sugar levels...

i dont think it's medical reason @tyme i recently did my blood test everything looks good except for my sugar level need to control cause it's almost borderline..maybe im just lonely i worked a lot and i dont have much friends around and i have histroy of being betrayed by few friends..i think im just lonely in general..sort of like a lone wolf
