Hello @Shaz51 ! 😊 I apologise for the belated post! I was out and about yesterday. Fiance and I took my mum out for lunch to get some turkish gozleme and stocked up on some essentials from the market.

We then went back to my parents house and picked some mulberries off the tree and also some plums.

I got caught in a bit of a moment of frustration noticing some things that really need decluttering, it's just an overwhelming task for me 🤣🤣 I did tidy my bedside table and went through one draw and put some things for donation though

Not sure why I am tagged but, I'll roll with it. I want to curl up in a cave somewhere and stop existing. Looked out the window and seen the spy cars, they all must work for ASIO. Yesterday had a Soiree party of one. Today re-upped the drinks and am having another party of one. Hallucinated the smell of burning plastic earlier despite the fact there are no fires near me. Glad the heat is gone now.

The feeling of wanting to curl up in a cave and stop exisiting is such a human response to everything going in your mind. I can imagine you are really needing that sense of safety, calm, quiet. I am wondering what helps you to connect to those things, even in a small way? 🫶

I know it's unhealthy but, drinking a beer gets to that space since I promised myself to not action anything until I am sober. But, that is not sustainable and I am already thinking of what I could do once the beers have worn off and I'll eventually run out of beer and can't get more.

This sort of works but, it's not the best. Doesn't stop me from planning how to stop existing. Got two plans for how to enact that except I am unsure of one of those.
