My day has been ok. Main event was seeing my psychiatrist for the first time in a while, which was good. Other than that moving between air conditioned spaces wherever possible!

@Blackcloud my aircon is struggling cos of the humidity. I had a shower yesterday, kept it nice and cool. Fingers crossed after tomorrow the temperature drops for both of us.
