Family rejection and the festive season

I hope you are well Shazzy.

The festive season is so crap for me.

Family estrangement and my only sister's rejection. Really tough time.

My husband with his CPTSD.

My children and aging parents.

And the judgement coming from my sister and her husband.

It hurts so much.

I really feel in was born in the wrong Family.

I am having a really hard time coping.

It sucks. I hate Christmas and New Year celebrations.

I hope things have gotten better with your health lovely friend.

Hi @Shaz51 , yesterday was still a little hard for me with my thoughts, but today was a lot better and easier - I also had extra sleep because I felt very exhausted still in the morning. I think the extra sleep helped.

Bed time for me now, as it is 10pm and I need to get up tomorrow morning (no extra sleep for me).

Wondering how you and @Healandlove are doing?
