To answer your question about favourite animal- I used to be horse crazy as a child and whilst I still love horses, I’m now partial to meerkats, dolphins and cats, especially after having a cat for 7 years who is now sadly no longer. I’ll be spending NYE at my current rental property with plans to move out next week - we have to be out by Jan 16- so I’ve got to arrange removalists as well as funding. I’ll be so glad to get to my uni accommodation and just forget about this horrible rental- a very bad year. Roll on 2026!

My day has been spent knitting an adult jumper for charity, sewing up a jumper for myself that I knitted a few months ago and dealing with the carer dramas of my housemate - we had an argument last night and she’s since got herself lost on a train and needed my help to direct her home. I’ve also been doing some word puzzles from the monthly Take 5 and that’s life magazines which I entered several competitions to try and win some prizes via the online entry form. I discovered these magazines at Christmas and have found the puzzles to be challenging yet enjoyable and a great form of entertainment for me which is now something I plan to add to my self care routine - buy some puzzle books/magazines and enter the competitions on a regular basis. Tonight will be spent chilling in front of the TV.
