@lonemushroom Yes she has awesome songs, so true to the truth of who we really are, not what depression makes us out to be. i know really hard to believe hearing lies feeling no good, yet the truth is it feels very much better to not believe the lies, but hold onto the truth of myself right through it.

Even with tears in my eyes having believed the lie perpetuating the misery of not being true hurting me so much much more than being depressed ever did. (i think others had the same listening to that song by the sounds of it.)

Do you know this one? It is really good as well and very relevant when down the dumps about ourself within ourself. (A good reminder when i heed the lies hurting my identity!)

Ours is very wet

@Shaz51 it’s 19 degrees here today after we had the 3-day heatwave again. Yesterday when I went out to the shops though it was quite cold - I LOVE the cool weather changes!
