@Flutterbug9 My friend don’t feel like a good. I can’t remember what happened 5 minutes ago. Honestly, I do not mind at all. You’ve caused no harm whatsoever.

We are here for you. I can see you feel like you are letting people down but you are not. I can see you are hurting and I wish I was there to listen and reassure you and give you hugs if you wanted them. You are honestly a wonderful friend here. You are not a failure in any way including to yourself.

try to do the right things, feel like I stuff things up for everyone.

Mind keeps replaying memories of times and words I wish I could forget.

@Flutterbug9 You’re not a waste of space at all. I’ve found you to be be open, kind, thoughtful, creative, supportive, honest and the things your mind tells you are not you at all. It’s the anxiety and trauma not you.

No pressure but if you want to talk about the memories I’m here. I can tell there are people who have done traumatic things to you likely even as a child. You are not any of the things any of those people said even if it was your parents.

You do not stuff up at all. There’s nothing you’ve done in any chat that’s caused me or anyone else to think you’ve stuffed up. It’s the complete opposite. You reach out, you nurture other people always finding the right words. You speak from your heart and understand. You understand because you know what it feels like.

Can you see how much @AlwaysMyself @MissGremlin @Shaz care too. We choose to call you a friend. You are very much valued here. You belong. You’re a part of our little tribe.

my childhood neighbours children had a pet cockatoo when they moved in, I was about 3 or 4yo. He was so funny, absolute character
