Thanks for sharing @Realness I thought I'd already replied to you. I know I wrote it out but have seemed to have lost it! 😤 I'm so frustrated because I spent a lot of time on it...... never mind. I'm not going to go through it again, so I'll give you a tiny update instead. I'm leaving my partners earlier than planned. I really don't like the city, too many cars and people! It's funny because I'm always looking to get out of the unit at home, but I have no interest in going out up here. I just want to be home! My hearts just not here. Sending much love my friend. 💚

“SANE Surprise”

I didn’t think I’d make friends here,

I thought I’d just scroll and be quiet,

me, my thoughts, my coffee,

sticking to a fairly simple diet.

But then there you were—

also just… here,

not making a big fuss about it,

just showing up sincere.

Not in a café,

not in some planned social scene,

just people crossing paths

on something called SANE.

Not exactly glamorous,

not exactly planned,

just a quiet kind of understanding

and somehow, here we stand.

Turns out connection can appear

in the most unexpected place—

even on a mental health forum

without a human face.

I thought I'd share the last sunrise at Kingscliff this morning. I don't live here and am leaving today so anonymity is safe.
