How was the birthday party? I spent most of the day studying. Went on a couple walks too.

Birthday party was very nice , there were 10 of us

The afternoon was not so good when we got home , had to distract myself as hubby is not well

He has taken extra meds and gone to bed

Thinking 🤔 tomorrow is going to be a quiet day because of the meds

There’s a wetland behind my house, so I usually walk around there. Do you like walking?

@Jynx I need help with technology. I get overwhelmed trying to do it myself. The site seems to be online only. I’m trying to find a phone number but I am worn out. I have put myself in bed and am listening to the BBC. I will try again tomorrow or Monday. I’m having a lot of these problems. Technology is just too hard for us seniors.

@Lapis_Anteater I do! Love me a wetland too, always a lush area for wildlife spotting! I have to drive if I wanna go anywhere super 'untouched', but there's some decent patches of kinda wild areas around Melbourne!

@GezzaP I hear your struggles. I know it can feel super overwhelming trying to navigate systems that so incredibly complex, and especially when they're unfamiliar but most people around you seem to have no issue. Wish there was more support, like a seniors IT club or something, where you can get support from people who have the know-how but you won't feel judged for it.
