Through One's Eyes

I have started this new thread for others to share and enjoy The World of Art. The title is a reflection on the many different views and ways of seeing art that is very subjective to the viewer.

Anyone can share a piece they have produced, are working on or would like to one day 'get around to doing'.

Many 'forumites' use art as a form of therapy or grounding/coping strategies - so please also share your experiences of these also.

It is also a place to discuss what people like, dislike are drawn to and the feelings ellicited from producing and viewing any pieces.

Feel free to add images or topics of discussion and enjoy the wonderful world that we can share through Art.

Thanks everyone, @Zoe7 @Shaz51 @CheerBear @Maggie @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member you have all been very generous with your comments, and its given me confidence to post a couple more. The next couple here are my first 2 attempts of sketching. @Former-Member I was never at all artistic, and I have to say, still not. But I decided to have a go about 12 months ago now. But I only tend to do any art when hubby is away. He is very critical of my art attempts the few times he's seen any of it. So I tend to hide my attempts these days, and they rarely see the light of day.

Here's one I did early on in the piece, a pic of Holly. My dog in case you dont recognise her. Oops, its come out sideways, and I cant fix it. Oh well.

And here are a couple more early sketches. A very basic sketch using minimal pencil strokes, of a girl in profile and a picture of a young deer.
