ive been to a natuorpath and they have some good things, i havent had the drops though but that could be cause of the meds as some herbs interact with some SSRI and antipsych meds.

but by all means give it ago. it must might help you

Hi @Baileyboy this is a painting by John Hunt called "Isabel and Basil". I dont know enough about herbalism and havent been able to visit naturopath often, but do respect the wisdom of the body and the tradition of healing with plants.

Hey @Appleblossom Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but somehow missed your post. Like the painting. Am in the same boat as you in that haven't been able to visit a naturopath on a regular basis, not much at all. These remedies that she was talking about are homeopathic, like the royal family uses apparently. They use miniscule parts of substances to correct ailments. eg for a sleeping remedy if asked to drink 10 cups of coffee you would be climbing the walls but they produce a remedy that contains this tiny coffe extraction and this creates the opposite reaction. They call it like causes like or something. Anyway am giving these drops a go. Apparently they are very safe as they don't seem to have any interactions with other drugs...and are inexpensive. These drops I am trying cost about 10 bucks a month.

I too, know little about herbal remedies but am interested enough to give it a go. Thanks for the good vibes. Hope you didn't think I ignored your post. Bb

i know what happedned in my story theres no doubs there but do you beleive me?

today even at one of my worse days they are making me question my mental health, they dont know about the abuse but they know my diagnoses and about the other ptsd incident but do you guys actually beleive me.

am i freak? i feel like a freak. i dont know what to do or how to move forward from here. do you think im lying too like these other people. they were really giving me a hard time about it today and its really starting to make me rethink

You arent a freak. I wish that word wasnt out there .. and picked up to hurt ourselves or anyone.

Your story and your situation is serious. Allegations of abuse are often taken seriously by workers but then there are courts, legalities and red tape to manage .. so they are stressing out about that too ...

Generally I am gullible, even though i have lived a hard life, I have seen a lot, but dont do suspicious or disbelieving as that didnt seem to help the people I saw like that.

@Former-Member is right though .. its better not to focus on what others think of you ... your garden and drawings were fabulous.

Most of my lfe I was treated like a liar though now I realise it was actually other people's guilt.

Life can be really weird.

It makes sense that you dont know where to head yet.

I have felt very open after I first shared on the forum .. like everything was out there .. it leaves us extra vulnerable .. but it can be a great way .. to drop your bundle .. we shoulodnt have to cart oaround too much baggage .. and the support on the forum .. sometimes comes in unpredictable ways.
