Hi their i have a job interveiw today just settling the nervousness. This time round its seems more difficult with several mental health conditions but im going to make it through a tough "ten minutes". Im running through what im going to say in my head. Will future employment be difficult and how long until i open up about my conditions?

I usually push myself to go as I find the distraction gets me through the day @Dk5. But somedays I just can’t. In the last year I have had about 5 days where it just wasn’t possible.
You might surprise yourself and be able to do it. A lot of people do. The one thing though is that you won’t know until you try it. See what happens and how it pans out. If it’s working for you then that’s good, if it’s doesn’t then that’s ok too. At least you will have tried.
It’s all up to you though, whether you feel that you are able to do this no or not. I’m guessing you haven’t heard about the job yet? Let’s wait and see if you get it and then maybe we can come up with a game plan that helps you work through it and help you make a decision

I did have some positive experiences a few year ago @Dk5 where the team leader I had at the time worked with me to look at if I needed a change in days/hours and roles. I felt extremely supported because I had a great team leader and felt the workplace understood my needs.
I'm very aware that not everyone's experience is like this, so I encourage you to figure out how to navigate this as sometimes it can be hard to disclose or not disclose.
