I'm not a "I love banana" person, but I like them sometimes. 🙂 In pancakes, grilled on toast with cinnamon, and occasionally fresh (but not if I might be around mosquitoes!).
Did you know eating a banana could decease a Proboscis Monkey? So I guess they don't like banana either. Random fact for the day you didn't realise you don't need to know. 😅

That's an interesting fact indeed @AlwaysMyself - reminds me of the fact that rabbits, whilst they can eat carrots, they shouldn't eat a lot of them. But people strongly associate rabbits with carrots cos of Bugs Bunny!!

I buy the over ripe bananas and make banana bread with them.
Family loves it. Normally only lasts a few days in our house

Bananas were one of mum's safe foods. When she did 6 weeks in hospital and rehab, I'd take her a bunch of bananas every morning
She told all her friends and family how much she appreciated the bananas. So her second 6 week stay everybody who visited took her bananas and she had too many

Hi @GezzaP this is the one I made. When you make a Japanese cheesecake, what makes it light and fluffy is the meringue style/souffle style it creates. There is more processes involved than a normal cheesecake but if you are patient the results are so delish
