Assistance Dog

Hey guys,

I have autism and bipolar disorder and have wanted an assistance dog for years to help with disability tasks and my mental health. It looks like I may be able to start the process soon.. yay!

My plan is to go with the organisation mindDog Australia. Does anyone have any experience with them? If not are there other assistance dog services you would recommend?

Please share your assistance dog stories if you have any. Things are feeling a bit tough for me right now and looking forward to finally getting my own dog is distracting me. 🐾❤️

Hey @puppydoglover , thanks for reaching out here. I'm interested to follow along. I can see the benefits of an assistance dog, but I really don't know much about them.
