Sunday Coffee and Chat -- 19th October 2025

Thank you @Chasingsunsets . I think I’ll struggle to stay awake this afternoon especially if it rains and I’m inside. Maybe I should cook something to keep me awake.

sleep was ok @Chasingsunsets , got up 3 times through the night and wide awake at 6pm

hi @MissGremlin I'm ok, just been out in the CBD this morning and it feels great being out in there. Even better that I went there when the sky was dark and gloomy this morning which is my favourite type of day/weather. How about you?

I’ve had a tough morning and just waiting for support worker so I can get out get a few things done.

washed the sheets today , wait for them to dry now

No washing for me @Shaz51 It’s rainy here today. In a couple of days I’ll need to do a load of clothes. Also need to wash a quilt cover covered in cat fur.

My day is fine. @Shaz51 Had a painter come to do a quote then went for acupuncture on my back and neck. She does the needles then gives you a lovely firm massage - feels great.

After lunch I wandered around the garden. A few of my seeds have already germinated!
