I decided not to cook today. @Chasingsunsets Will only cook dinner today. Might cook veggie soup later this week.

@Blackcloud being out in the CBD sounds great. I'm doing ok, just been working on my puzzle with my music playing today. It's a rainy day here for me and I'm enjoying the cooler weather. Have you got much planned for the week sweet?

The massage was superb but developing a bit of a headache. Thrilled some seeds have germinated already. @Shaz51 Got a few jobs to do in garden . Also ordered some more seeds yesterday oh and a soil improver.

@MissGremlin @Right now I’m dealing with a headache but I have a cold compress head-mask thing to help with it right now.

yeah tomorrow I’ll be having a phone appointment & then Wednesday evening I’ll be having an ADHD assessment via Telehealth

I have no plans for this week which I'm really glad of, it was just the counsellor appointment that I had this morning and that's it now.

I have a headache too. @MissGremlin Put a heat pad on my back and neck and took some painkillers, but the best thingbiscto keep active so when it eases a bit I’ll go outside to do a bit of pruning.

It is persistent even though I took strong painkillers. Maybe I need to eat something. Will get up and get a piece of banana bread shortly. @MissGremlin
