I hope your day is going well

Pizza was quite nice but wished I had some anchovies to add. Hoping to make banana bread tomorrow and start sowing some more veggie seeds. Oh and some tree fern spores and some flowers.

@DownMoreThanUp totally get what you're saying - it's not an activity to be allotted, but it is still very much a need. So it's sort of about the workers getting to know the 'signs' of like, impending meltdown or sensory/emotional overwhelm, and then decide whether she needs to have her alone time to process, or engage in a different kind of activity.

I hope that the workers are open to listening and learning 🤞
