Yeah @Bunniekins @heartathome . In a way, having shingles was a way of my body telling me I had to slow down. My mind was strong mentally, as I could do a lot of self talk, but enough was enough and my body just gave in so Tada = Shingles!

I've known how bad it is for the elderly to get it too. They really struggle. The doc was actually surprised that I got it.

Anyway, I'm as fit as a fiddle now lol 🙂
