I hope the techniques help give you some pain relief and realignment @Kashmina . Fingers and toes all crossed for you!
I too have chronic pain - but not to the degree that I imagine yourself and many other have. Thankfully mine is mostly mild with moderate flare ups. I find massage helps for the very short term (a week) and yep a vicious cycle of sedentary avoiding painful exercise and pain on activity. I've just started with a chiro so I am interested to see if after some advice and treatment from them whether any of my pain levels decrease or make exercise pain less.
@Shaz51 watching near misses doesnt make you more anxious when driving yourself??? 😅
I became more anxious driving when I wrote medico-legal reports related to car accidents lol. Im also not good with true-crime.
I have to watch fiction so I can tell myself its not real and it's all fake lol.

Thanks @AlwaysMyself and I hope you get some relief too. They actually have been talking about how we dont exercise that part of our body due to the pain which only makes things worse. So far it all makes sense and I know there is much more to it. This last declining cycle has lasted for about 6 months and its tiring. Good luck!

@Jynx yes it is a chain must only be in nsw. my mum is such a delightful snob she loves saying she got her salads from harris farm 🙂
@Bunniekins totally gonna name drop it to my mum, who lives in NSW and loves bourgeoisie (had to google the spelling lol I wrote 'bougey' and that... is a different image entirely 🤣) stuff and fancy farmer's markets and the like. No shade on it either, I love gourmet home made fancy foodstuffs!!
Got me thinking though... What makes one a snob? It's an attitude thing yeah? 🤔
@Shaz51 what's videos of 'near misses'? Like close calls with accidents and stuff?
My favs are music videos and nerdy people nerding out over their special interests - like spooky cave diving or intro to string theory. If you wanna learn cool stuff about the world in a very digestible way (i.e. with animations and simple language) I recommend Kurzgesagt 😋
@Kashmina thank you for sharing your story with us all!! Honestly, you have literally inspired me, and I am super grateful for your sharing this knowledge! Whole new path for me to explore - cos you're right, physio is expensive 😵
And I mean I know for a fact my body is misaligned - many many years of not realising one's knees are not supposed to 'lock' in place when one is standing.... 😬😓
