Sunday Coffee and Chat -- 28th September 2025

@Chasingsunsets i found that holding onto good life when bad life strikes makes me appreciate any good life coming around. Having suffered years of mental illness has given me a much more symptomatic heart than used to have. At 65 i know how hard it is to overcome bad life, and only a lot of love can get us through.

Very good lessons learned in retrospect!

Yes @DownMoreThanUp well said. I definitely appreciate the good days. Not so good health makes you humble I think. You really don’t take the good days for granted as you just never know what’s around the corner.
